I live near pajaro. City Hall. Spend some more money by helping the homeless.. and there was no one to monitor the levee.. according to them .. they are short staffed..

This will help wash down the areas of homeless excrement and urine that have built up despite millions spent on the poops patrol .

Most of the issues I have witnessed is from the county not doing basic road and drainage maintenance. Just like we are seeing police cutbacks and other social and public services. State running on lean budgets at the same time asking for more in taxes. This rain storm was typical and not what they advertised as "atmospheric river". You may fool transplants and tourists but not native Californians.
