Capture button might be a placement that initiates spatial video like the vision pro will have so when you turn your phone side ways it will be on the top right (like the vision pro)

You can't have a capacitive button inside a case. I think people are trying to say pressure sensitive like the force touch track pad etc

Already sent my 15 pro back. I use my hotspot a lot and if you were to try and charge it and use the hotspot at the same time, it won't charge because it gets too hot. Something my 13 pro max does just fine, so back to that.

I want to buy an iPhone 13 Pro in 2023.
Amazon refurbished and Apple refurbished doesn’t ship to my country.
My options are:
1. Buy a renewed 13 Pro in some 3rd party stores which are not official by Apple and have a warranty of parallel importer.
2. Buy refurbished from eBay which I’m still not sure how to get a 13 Pro in a good enough condition like a new one with 256GB and from a reliable and not so expensive seller.
Any suggestions? Please help.

years ago I used to have a really awesome Motorola phone that had a capture button it also had a keyboard on its back, you flip it forward and get the keyboard, flip it closed and keyboard goes bye-bye. maybe one day the iPhone will be as cool as that old Motorola phone.. One can dream 🤩

I LOVED the squeeze feature! That came from their acquisition of HTC. It was a main feature on the HTC U11. Then Google bought the HTC development department. THAT was innovation!

Ok I have a theory on why there’s supposedly a “capture button” coming to all iPhone models next year. Which would in tandem explain the iphone 16 base models switching back to a vertical position of the camera units and why this supposed “16 ultra” will have several lenses.
Apple is preparing us for the vision pro/possible future vision se/air. Why else would they default base models back to a vertical camera position? So base models can also capture spatial video like the 15 pros do with their vertically aligned cameras. They want the “normal base users” to also start taking spatial video because they’re planning like way far ahead for widespread adoption of these mixed reality ar headsets. And it seems like 16 “ultra” will just be able to take better spatial video with its several more lenses. I think, and now this is just speculation, I think Apple is betting hugely on the future of “spatial computing” and they’re slowly preparing us for it through iPhones capturing spatial video and Apple Watch s9 having the same gesture as a “click” on vision pro. Using the Apple Watches gestures and iPhones spatial video capture and AirPods Pro usb c doing lossless with Apple vision pro now to ease us into a future of ar headsets. This might be a crazy theory but it explains a lot of these leaks.
By the way I think the “capture button” is a dedicated button on all iPhones to start taking spatial video since I forgot to mention that
