Being emotionally strong means having the ability to handle and manage your emotions in a healthy and constructive way, even during difficult situations or challenging times. It involves having the capacity to acknowledge and process your feelings, express them appropriately, and then move forward in a positive direction.

There are few a teachings from the Shlokas that are applicable even today:
· Be reasonable: Approach difficult situations with a calm and rational mindset. Take a step back and consider all options before making a decision. In shloka 2.6,
· Have empathy: Try to understand others' perspectives and feelings, even in challenging situations. Showing empathy can help build stronger relationships and lead to more positive outcomes. In shloka 6.32,
· Accept changes: Change is a natural part of life, and accepting it can help you grow and adapt to new circumstances. Instead of resisting change, embrace it as an opportunity for growth.
· Be peaceful: Cultivate inner peace through practices such as mindfulness, meditation, or yoga. When you are at peace within yourself, you can better handle stress and challenges that come your way.
· Be balanced in ups and downs of life: Life is full of ups and downs, and it's important to maintain a sense of balance throughout it all. Celebrate your successes, but also be resilient and persevere through difficult times.
· Be compassionate: Show kindness and understanding towards yourself and others. Being compassionate can help reduce stress and improve mental health.
· Be responsible: Take ownership of your actions and their consequences. Being responsible means being accountable for your choices and working towards positive outcomes.
· Be brave: Courage is necessary to face challenges and overcome obstacles. Embrace your fears and push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
· Be helpful: Supporting others can create a sense of purpose and fulfillment. When you help others, you also help yourself.
· Be centered: Stay grounded and focused on what matters most in your life. When you have a clear sense of purpose, you can navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity
