If you take away anything from this, it's having the discipline to wait for stock to base out. Not chasing extended names. When you have this discipline, it means you have realized that the most important part of trading is managing risk. Finding the pivot point where risk is easily defined and managed.

Usually I´m not a bear, but take a look at the DXY, very strong push through the EMA21. If you are more the candlestick type, there are a lot of hanging man candle sticks or at least a lot of rejection wicks, which make me also somewhat bearish. My recommendation, be extreme careful and have patients. I would expect a rotation into health and maybe consumer staple sectors.
