Continuum dock needs to have firmware 4 and up to work with DeX.

I think DeX is really Microsoft Continuum technology that they have licensed and improved upon. Microsoft seem to have been working really closely with Samsung lately as a way of getting their services on Android.

I bought one after watching your video but isn't working with my Note 8.

This is to much like windows 10 it might have made people like they have full windows 10 with this set up and when you try to install a windows 10 program like Firefox it will not work


Now that samsung is working with Microsoft we might be able to get a full web browser from Microsoft for dex full desktop version of Edge web browser. that is one thing I still think dex needs is a full desktop web browser. Microsoft can bring it to dex
