When I commit to watching a series, I watch the whole thing to the end. I started Fate last December, didn’t finish until March the next year.

You should start with Fate/Zero followed by Unlimited Blade Works, then all 3 Heaven's Feel movies, after that it's all up to you.

I recommend it but do not watch Fate apocrypha ubwill regret it. And i know its hard to follow the cause everything is freaking cannon. But Start with Fate zero, Fate UBW, and then the 3 movies. And kara no kyokai. if u wanna go real deep into the series play the games like fate grand order game or the mangas and ln they have
