I used these on my Camino walk in 2019. Worked great to keep my baby toes from folding under the toe next door.

I use the small gel toe caps by Zentoes. Been using 2 pairs for the past 200 miles of hiking. Works great. When used just wash and add talcum powder after drying (so the silicone doesn't get too sticky). I like the fact they are closed. Haven't come off so far.

I found these great but they make the toe sweaty during hikes and that makes the skin vulnerable for blisters no?
