Recent SOL test scores are down; Virginia Beach superintendent talks about why

The number of students passing English, math and science standards is up compared to last year, but for context, the scores are still down from pre-pandemic standards. There are children still trying to catch up from learning loss, and teachers have been flooded with work, trying to get them up to speed.
