I would have signed a waiver for no insurance if possible. I know its a very dangerous job making it very smart to be covered, but is there not an option for no insurance? Either way the crew gave him an open invitation for cod season pending another DT signaling that the engineer was a quality employee. Mechanics/Engineers are getting harder to find these days I would imagine
