Please help! I'm totally a noob on this. I've always used Microsoft Photo Premium 10 for photo editing and have tons of .PNG images I've created to use as templates (They contain separate transparent images and text etc). Now that I'm using Photoshop 2020, all these images open up as only 1 layer! Is there a way to import these .PNG files and have Photoshop allow me to manipulate each image/title? Thanks!

"hit ctrl+x and now ctrl+d" *a layer magically appears*. Ok lets try that. *selects the part i want for a new layer*. *Hits ctrl+x and then ctrl+d". All it did was delete what i selected with the magic wand not make a new layer with that on it.
