i imagine in reality when this happens the character is just grabbed, taken off the map, given diferent colored clothing, and chucked into the other teams spawn, then told " YOUR BLU NOW BITCH!"

You can't truly say you hate auto balance until you have had that fateful game where you have been kicking ass left, right and centre but just as you and your team mates are about to finish the objective...*poof* you are on the opposite side and your once former team wins, storms the base and then mows you down without a second thought, not even aware of what you did for them...the team you carried and lead to Victory slaughters you without a second thought like brain dead fools, they Don't care about you or what you did, only what colour you currently are...

The amount of pain and betrayal that you will feel in those moments stay with you. It goes to show that even though *Team* is in the name there is no *team* in the actual game play, its every man for himself and I guarantee if there was friendly fire there would be more team kills than enemy kills.
