Lol I'm surprised that her parents were so okay with her being big and not constantly criticizing her every moment of the day. I was a size 6 and my Korean mother criticized me constantly. Considering I'm not full Korean, she should have been more understanding as I too take after my father's side. I have not been this girl's size but I feel her pain. Especially being compared constantly to other family members as your family is putting you down. And in this case yes I was compared to my sister because she fits all the standards of Korean society even though she's mixed.
I will say this is one kdrama I can get behind. I typically hate K-pop and kdrama. I find them overdone and corny. But this is actually really cute. Well done
