That last fight from Chovy was insane. Props to Peanut for not losing his mental. Ruler is just a beast. Let's see how they do vs the King in the finals. Either way it should be a great series. Congrats Gen G

i see a lot of chovy praise but damn RULER did so damn well in this game. Proper positioning, huge cs advantage, never dying once and actually showing what an adc is. Ruler is the definition of a great adc let me late game and i will carry. Ofc chovy did so good but ruler is just as impactful in these games.

Oh my God, if you guys watched the full game on how Canyon claiming the entire jungle of the map and leave no room for peanut to breathe is just hard to watch as a Gen G fan, Canyon 1v9 this but Chovy had the last laugh.

This is the Game 5 everyone wants just pure adrenaline, next level gamesense and mechanics at the highest level. DK and GenG fought an absolute banger for a semi-final. Watching this live I felt bad for the JG gap and thought this game was over when all the tier 2's were gone but god damn GenG has unbreakable mental Ruler and Chovy definitely stepped up really high on G5

SKT vs SSG what a god damn classic finals to watch let's get

Edit: seeing Twitch chat roast GenG for being a "failed super team" only to get their fcken doubts get slapped back to their faces was so good as well. Can't wait for Bald Atlus

What Peanut really experienced in the early game was much horribly worse than what was shown in this vid. Canyon literally made GEN's jungle his own.

This game is the perfect example that can show you how literally a draft decides games rather than of own individual play and mechanics. Also, props to Peanut for his mentality and all of Gen. G as their draft scales even further than DK's poke comp (Renekton seriously? LS must be malding watching this game). Felt sad for Canyon, that jungle gap is HUGE but their comp does fall off once powerspikes of Gen. G are obtained. Series an absolute banger!

As a Gen. G fan and viewer, I got tilted so badly just watching how Canyon styled on Peanut and literally denied his entire jungle. It is amazing Gen.G players to have great mental and lasted long enough for their comp scaling. Game was almost over until the immaculate teamfight executed by Gen.G twice and won them the game. Both teams played well. Especially Hoya in Game 3 and Game 4. GG

After this game, I can kinda see why T1 won't give Oner his Nidalee. It doesn't matter how good you are with the champ, the champ itself puts your team on a time clock and if you didn't finish the game when you're supposed to, you're done.

DWG Canyon vs SSG Xayah with the help of Chovy it was a banger series and because of that now it would be hard to watch other regions playoffs after this. I feel bad for XL vs Vit after this series they will be having many people who'll watch them with a very high standard because of this.

Canyon should've retired already with all those back pains he's been having

In spring last year, GENG lost to DK in 3 games. The deciding game was game 2, where GENG has a gold lead and a team fighting comp while DK had an early game comp with Renekton. DK still came back and won because GENG were scared after a single failed teamfight.

Now GENG came back against a Renekton comp and goes to show how much they have improved

I recommend strongly to watch the whole game to understand the pros and cons of their plays. just a bunch of clips doesn't fully explain why they had to play like this at each period.

That 7:52 "IT'S HAPPENING!" got me xD But seriously casters poured their souls into that one almost as much as players did.

They didn't build anti-heal til 32ish mins. That's one thing for sure that lead them to their lost. It was supposed to be Deokdam's role since he has burn damage from Liandry's. Ornn was taking pokes like it was nothing.

Atlus: Will shave his hair if Gen G comes back

As a SSG fan since 2016, I'm very proud of Ruler and GEN overall. However, if they want to beat SKT, they will have to show some secret champion cards or else they'll just lose even with their full roster.

Doran MVP, those Ornn ults were clutch for Chovy to carry the fight

At 5:32 Doran really do a good job to lure nida out combat or approach his team
