It's that time again! We have new Smissmas unusual effects for hats and taunts... but how popular or high tier will they be? I showcase all the new unusual effects and rate / review them from a traders perspective.

It gets a lot of hate, but I honestly kind of like special snowfall. It might be a little more tricky to find a loadout that works, but when it does it's really nice.

I have a Special Snowfall Caribou Companion (with the color of a gentlemann's buisness pants) with a kill-a-watt beak and the heat of winter on my medic. It works especially well if I can activate the killstreaker on my aussie medi gun, which has Deadly Daffodil + Singularity

i personally love ventum maris, the color is super unique when it comes to other effects weve had in the past

Personaly i legit love devine desire the most, that purple from gold gradient is amazing

Apotheosis and Ascension made me say wow when i first saw then, so i instantly bought those.

I absolutely LOVE the silver and gold lights. I’m pretty sure it’s called shimmering lights but I might be wrong. Of course I think the colorful one is gonna be more expensive because it’ll fit with more sets it’s just that I can’t get out the miner’s song from rudolph the red nose reindeer where he’s singing about silver and gold

The tornadoes look best IMO. Can combo well with almost anything, even nuts & bolts or orbiting planets. The cloud effects look nice too but the artstyle is different from TF2. The taunts are meh, except for sparkling lights and shimmering lights which do look nice on afk or moving taunts.

I just unboxed two unusuals in a row and im in LOVE with these effects. Got myself a Distant Dream Reindoonibeanie, and a Reindoonicorn Rancher Skullcracker taunt. Super happy they go so well together! Love the vids btw, keep it up man.
