You demand a bunch of 18-23 year olds to come back to school so you can get a quick buck off their tuition and are surprised they party???
I'm tellin, you can not make this stuff up 😂

Are the college kids being irresponsible? Yeah. You know who is being even more irresponsible? University systems and colleges for re-opening in the first place. Classes should be online.

Are they seriously trying to stop college students from being a bunch of idiots?
That is like trying to make Betsy DeVos work for the interest of the general public and not her own, just ain't possible.

Alternative Title: College tries to rip money from students, plan backfired

My school decides right now is the best time to bump up tuition this year especially with the corona goin on and all which is awesome.... : | Yes that actually happened and to make matters worse we are probably going to go to fully online which will suck but what can you expect. Kids are going to be partying, its what makes up the college experience. They should've never had even allowed students to come back to college if they were going to cancel in person classes eventually. What a joke.

Americans don’t go to college to learn but to party. It’s an excuse to extend childhood.

I've been in school for two days and even on the very first day people weren't taking the mask rule seriously. They'd remove them as soon as they were outside, and even in the classroom people are wearing ill-fitting masks, not covering their noses, even one girl was sliding her mask around her face and *putting it in her mouth*, then rubbing those gross hands all over her desk. That would be disgusting even if she wasn't putting people's lives at risk. Honestly, my school is trying hard but the students refuse to take it seriously and the local police are refusing to enforce the city's mask law. If the cops are prancing around without masks on, how on earth are we supposed to convince some random 19 year old boy that it's necessary?

Literally told my instructors the first week of classes l didn't feel safe coming back to campus. College didn't even last 2 weeks before in person classes were canceled. Big brain.

if you are watching this and wondering "how long till my uni closes" just look into the cutoff date for leaving a class and getting your money back! it will surely be after that!

Why can't you see that this will not work as advertised and they want to use it has an excuse for control.

Although the start of the outbreak was a tough way to end college, I’m so glad I’m no longer caught up in this.

College without parties is just an expensive waste of time on an overrated degree
