My name is Aram Ghazaryan, I am a young real estate agent in the Chicago land area. I have been in the business for a few years now. Throughout that time I have made so many mistakes and learned so much. I wanted to pass on my knowledge and experience in this business to as many new agents as possible. My goal with these videos is that you can learn from the mistakes I have made. This way you can get a strong start to your career!

Today I wanted to switch gears with the content and talk about exactly how to submit an offer once you have a client to work with. Real estate is a very unique industry where there are third parties on both sides. So we have to be a little more crafty when negotiating for our clients.

I love your videos! Im 4 months in and have had many deals fall through. I just don't know how to deal with some of these seasoned agents. ...they're rude, sneaky and it drives me crazy.
