Why Are There No Stars In Space?

Whenever we see rocket launches, moon landing pictures, or even videos from the International Space Station, there never seems to be any stars visible in the background, it just looks dark.

So to answer why and prove that scientists aren’t lying to you, we need to talk about how cameras work in space and what astronauts actually see with their own eyes when they are up there!

I have so many questions and hope u could ask some of my questions!
1. Have you ever seen something in space that couldn’t be explained?
2. What does space smell like inside the ISS?
3. Does your sense of time change when you’re in space?
4. Can you see weather events (like storms) on Earth from the ISS clearly?
5. How do you tell day and night on the ISS when you orbit Earth so quickly?
6. Have you ever felt scared while in space?
7. What’s your favorite view of Earth from the ISS?
Space is so interesting is love it.

It's because the planet is so bright that the exposure has to be turned down to take the picture and once the exposure is turned down it will not read the stars in the background because they are too dim

Bro i have an question for you please clarify this :

1. How can quantum computers help in space exploration?

2. Can quantum computers improve our understanding of the universe?

3. What role could quantum computers play in finding new planets?

4. Can quantum computers solve space travel problems faster than normal computers?

5. How might quantum computers change the way we study black holes and stars?

Hi Kobi, Myself Deepaksanjeevan from India 🇮🇳
I have a question,
Do astronauts dream differently in space compared to on Earth, and if so, what’s the most memorable dream you’ve had aboard the ISS?

Some questions from India

1) What is the most exciting experiment currently being conducted on the ISS?
2) What’s the most beautiful or unusual thing you've seen from space?

I’m 20 years old and want to become an astronaut, hopefully reaching mars one day, that’s my biggest dream…
can you ask the people up there if someone like me can become an astronaut?
And if yes how so?
Thank you!! ❤

one astronaut once said, i forget where i watched, but she said that when you are up there and you can see the stars, that they have depth, you can tell which stars are closer and far away.

There’s one good articulate question regarding these space observances. How come you never see the Earth spinning at a claimed 1000 miles an hour, in any direction.

7:54 my question: has being an astronaut/going into space affected your own personal views about the universe/religion/ what this all could be? did experiencing space first hand make you question your existence in all of this more?? or has it given you more peace on what this all could be?

sorry if this is too deep of a question, but i’ve always wondered how being in space affects astronauts mindsets around the grand scheme of the universe as a whole.

Space always reminds us how small we are, yet how infinite our potential can be. Truly mind-blowing!
