Hey, after update my VENTY stopped working :/ I am verry disappointed for so much money it worked only few months, whats going on? Not to mention horrible costumer service where you Chat AI bot was not giving me any help...

I'm getting the E04 Error and its only been used for 5 hours

after a couple of weeks it breaks and gives an error 04 ; very poor connection between the board and the heating unit

Firmware Update to V1.09 is broken. Doesn't matter if I use a laptop, Desktop, Mobile Phone, Android or Apple. NONE OF THEM WORK. I've reset the device 12 times and each and every time it tries to install the Firmware, it says "no valid response received; please retry!".

Fix the Firmware or the App so we can ALL get the latest version and features.

-I followed a guide from Reddit that had specific steps on how to upgrade the Firmware when the issue above occurs. Details are in the Reply message attached to this message.

If I would like to get my original Volcano Vaporizer serviced how can I go about that? Nothing's going on with it but I know it could probably use a clean maybe a look over to make sure everything's been working order sometimes it seems like it gets pretty hot

Qualität vom Crafty+ hat massiv nachgelassen. Dies war mein 3 Crafty + wo nach 8 Monaten der Akku versagt.
