I'm a cat man too. Since I was a kid there has always been a cat at sometime in my life and I am 55 now. Out of all of them my favorite was Boomer, who passed away last year after 17 years as my best buddy. Have not had one since. I was heartbroken. I think I would like another one, but I am hesitant because I honestly don't know if I could go through that again.

thats one of the things i admire most about my other half,

I grew up with cats and had a desperate need for one when we moved in together, but he was very anti animal, he never had a pet and didnt feel the need to have one. We found our Sir Reginald Pounce, starved and dying in a bush outside out flat, he was barely 7 weeks old and i was in tears when we found him, My other half jumped into cat dad mode and scooped him up in his hoodie and we took him straight to the vets... He's been our little baby ever since and he's just about to reach 1 :D Seeing how a man treats animals really shows you their true character :)

I was blessed to have shared my life for 21 years with my black cat named Shooshka. He had a rare personality and certainly saw me as his mother. I miss him a lot but would not have changed having him. I still hurt from the loss. He is always with me.I love your videos. We only have them for a short time. I wish you many happy days with your pets and together.

I do love dogs but I LOVE cats. Even if they aren't as exciting as dogs. Bugs me how people say cat people are so boring, and cats are worthless. They've never owned one. Real men do love cats! My grandpa was a big strong man but he always made sure stray animals, whether it was a dog, or a cat, had food and shelter if it wandered around near the house. Once there was a cat living in his garage and we named it Rusty.

I get hazed all the time by my peers for loving my kitty like i do... But i don't care... I put his pic on my emails at work... In letters I send... on bulletin boards in my "office"... etc... So I can remind myself that it's the precious 'little' things that matter most... My cat means more to me than most people ever could or will... Real men truly do love cats... Even my wife admires the fact that I love my kitty the way i do... And the kids always blame me for stealing 'their' cat... Oh well... These precious little fur babies deserve our best... After all... We owe them for letting us be family... LOL...
