Your form has improved a lot from when you first started. Touch and go isn't to bad since you aren't concerned about ever maxing out. Your style is good for a slower muscle building, BUT you've built up such a high work capacity which is awesome in itself.

Dice, yiur deadlift fork has improved drastically! Mark rippetoe has a great tutorial on deadlift! I like the lighter weight idea. You're actually still moving good weight and keeping good firm. Remember, extend hops u p (ass up), then raise chest straight up.

The bar should move up almost vertically

A year ago when I lifted a lot (I was 15) I deadlifted 5 plates on each side, same with squat, and I leg pressed 10 plates with an initial 135lb resistance from the machine

I feel like you could be dropping your hips a bit more at the start of each of your deadlifts. Just sit back a little bit more and really try to engage your hamstrings, I'm sure you'll feel a difference.

Speaking of which I just hit a new PR with my deadlifts of 455 raw, and I attribute so much of that to you because of how motivational your workout videos have been for me. Thanks a ton Baj.

Any tips on getting my stomach in shape? Weight lifting doesn't exactly help me in that area xD

hey baj, on your last rep of your dead lifts, try going down a little bit slower, I know your probably exhausted by then, but I say try it, and see how you feel afterward! I love the feeling.

Nothing wrong with touch and go in bodybuilding. Also form looks great no problems at all honestly IMO. inb4 straps don't count. Cause again it don't matter

4 x 15 single leg extensions 130 lbs (one leg at a time)
4 x 15 seated leg curl (full stack if you can) avg 200 lbs
4 x 10 barbell RDL 375 lbs(varied with dumb bells at times)

using 2 scoops c4 margarita flavor in 4 oz water before. This is my work out for legs. I vary it up with smith machine. for my RDL some times i replace the barbell with dumb bells. throughout my workout i am drinking BCAA(branch chain amino acids). daily strength stack vitamins from GNC are great.

Bajheera awesome workout you got here :D i just wanted to give you a tip, from a bodybuilder to a bodybuilder :) i would suggest you kinda point your feet more apart if that makes sence on the leg press, then you can go lower and work your inner thights, hamstrings and glute on different areas, might something worth trying :) knees go out kinda in this position \_/ or even more out, you go as far down as you can, but don't go too far down because then your back will bend, which i think you already know is bad for your back :) i'm not quite on the same deadlift lvl as you, but i'm getting there atm training with 250 pound 8 reps i'm 17 years, weight 75 height 171 been training seriously in one year, and two years before then more casually. Keep up the awesome progress :)

Bajheera. Have you thought of placing a solid small forearm and grip strength exercies into the end of your rotines? Im a powerlifter and i had trouble with deadlifts over 500lbs.  My grip strength wasnt strong enough to hold the weight.

When you deadlift get lower it'll make it seem lighter because your using more legs than back when you get low

I always got taught that you shouldnt lockout on the legpress due to the fact that it will injure your knee joints in the long run, or am I mistaken
