When I make another copy of the Google Doc, the dropdown menu does not copy over to the new document. The dropdown configuration does not stay when reuploading a previously downloaded Word Doc as well. Does anyone know a solution to this?

How to get rid of both of these? AI really sucks and it's getting to the point that all these AI automatic changes and suggestions are just sucking up time, causing more frustration, and less user friendly applications. The more AI takes over, it's going to be a huge disaster.
