Thanos was kicking Doctor Dooms ass and Thanos was mocking until Doctor Doom woke Thanos up from the dream state he put him in and then taunted Thanos about how weak he is even with the infinity gauntlet then literally rips out his Thanos's skeleton.

There's a funny scene in the comic when Thanos says something like "haha with the Infinity Gauntlet I beat anyone who challenged me" but then Doom says "yes but you don't HAVE the Infinity Guantlet on you right now, do you?" He then proceeds to literally tear Thanos a new one.

To explain further, Molecule Man Owen Reese is an incredible powerful matter manipulator who exists in every universe. Created by the Beyonders to explode and destroy the universe he is in when they are done experimenting iirc. Doom basically made a giant bomb of an army of MM he captured and ficked up the Beyonders then somehow absorbed their powers and created a world aver the Incursions destroyed the multiverse. It was a safe haven, made in his image where he made it so he took the place of Reed Richard's in Reeds family

This version of Doom is definately ONE of the most powerful versions, but It's not the most powerful. That would be secret wars 1984 Dr. Doom with the power of THE Beyonder who at the time (and before the retcon) was the most powerful being in the entire marvel cosmology maybe excluding the One Above All.
