Beautiful talk! I resonate so much with this message having had my grandparents pass at very young ages (44, 50, 58, and 63). Implementing these insights to rewrite the narrative. Thank you, Dr. Date!

As someone approaching middle age, this talk couldn't have come at a better time. Dr. Date's blend of scientific expertise and ability to convey complex ideas offers a fresh perspective on aging. I'm excited to implement her strategies and challenge societal norms about getting older.

Great advice, I work in aged care and we have lots of Europeans who are well into their late 90s, most of their life's they ate well and worked physical labour, they only enter in age care in their 90s, before that most were as strong and physically active untill !!!

Fine talk. Prevention is better than cure, has been my personal policy. Wish our govt gave higher priority to preventive healthcare to ease the burden on public healthcare systems which are already over-stretched in India. Govt has been giving free food-grains to 800 million Indians since the Covid year. So, perhaps it can give a Health Coupon to all such folks to consult qualified nutritionists to get a diet plan tailored to their medical history, economic status, work habits (menial / sedentary, etc.) which would enable millions lead healthier lives.

We designed the first 30 years of our lives without children, we need to design the last 30 years of our lives without social security
