XSY-AT1 inverter - Err 1 fault

I can’t seem to figure out why the fault won’t go away when I press the reset button.
The motor is no longer connected but the error continues. Err 1 means overload/short circuit.

Have you guys seen anything similar?

Update - I never managed to get it to work, so I bought another brand.

If anyone is having a problem with the Err1 use these settings to get your spindle and VFD working.
Mine had the same problem at first turn on after setting the perimeters and it getting the Err1.
I used the info below and it now runs great

I have it working!!! I had the same problem out of the box. When connected to the spindle gave the Err1 error (I have a chinese 1.5 kw spindle). I modified those settings: P001-400hz, P003-200hz and P026-400hz. Hope this will help you.

I had this error before. That i did was replace the mosfet IC. The one with many pins. You could order the pert online.

Hallow Everyone! I from Russia, and i bought the xsy-at1 in May 2021 on the Ali. for my first mini-lathe (my hobby). today it showed Err1. As Dear commentators said nothing helps to fix it. Request to Knowledged people: help us please! Peace for everyone!

Same problem for me, new drive, i tried P77 (parameter reset) & disconnect the motor !
