It is not about the amount of the gift but the thought behind it. Amazing what Fendi did—so curated and particular to the home city. LV also did a lovely effort. Chanel, well, the amount you have spent and potentially will spend with them, they could have sent a macaron! Shame. Love your new intro/outro.

So much love from all the big brands! Love the drawings from Fendi, the mugs from Dior, and the luggage tags from LV! Hopefully Chanel is ashamed of themselves for not sending you a gift this year since it shouldn't be tit for tat every year as exhibited by how great Dior still treated you--hopefully Chanel watches this. Good to know that their customer service isn't all that great compared to Dior or others since we have a choice in where we spend our hard earned dollars. Not too cold on the East Coast in the US here this week. Last week was a really big cold snap so it's nice to have some mild weather this week to make up for it :) We haven't had any snow in DC yet this winter, but I'm sure it's coming soon!
