Governments should not be allowed to change the dates of elections. There should be the same system as in the USA everywhere. This is one of the few things I respect from their political system. You win? Govern for 4 years. You lose power during the period? Whoever comes after is in power until the end of the assigned period, then have elections WHEN THEY SHOULD HAPPEN.

Well hopefully we will have a referendum to get rid of FPTP and this two party system. We want MP’s born and bred in their constituencies, accountability for their actions and definitely make their finances along with spouses and children public knowledge.

Any MP leaving with more than they started is corrupt and should face investigation and due punishment if it’s not accounted for.
