A revitalising of the Hemp industry would be ideal for this model. Hemp housing, fibres, textiles, food, oil are just a few avenues to explore. There was a time in history when Hemp was the Hero, not the villain. Carbon capture and storing in the building of homes which are more resilient in dealing with the harsh extremes within our ecosystem can be a massive game changer. Secure, sustainable and easy to grow, and not enough THC to be linked to it's female counterpart in the drug classification, LLS and insurance companies need to review their ethics in burdening farmers with hoops and hurdles to grow a crop that has a long and great history in human culture.
