RIP to Tina Turner! This woman was a rockstar! I used to work in corporate with this older white man and he used to be in a rock band back in the 70’s-80’s. He said the best concert he’s ever been to in his life was seeing Ike and Tina at the prime of their career when Proud Mary was on the radio. He said Tina Ike and the dancers were rocking the crowd so good the whole concert venue was shaking he felt the floor literally vibrating from the music/ dancers being so loud. I know he took this loss hard bcuz he was Ike and Tina’s biggest fan.
