“Extra” spoke to Brian Tyree Henry after the “Transformers One” Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2024. He talked about what a gift it was to be able to play the origin story of Megatron and how villains get a bad rap. Brian also reflected on playing close friends (and then nemeses) with Chris Hemsworth and their “instant love” for one another in real life. This guy was brilliant in bullet train, terrible in the monsterverse and he’s not the right casting for a Megatron, his voice is far too soft and he’s too much of a good guy to play a believable villain
