1 killed, several injured after DUI driver sends cars over PCH

One person was killed and several others injured in a suspected DUI crash that sent two cars off the road and onto the beach near Pacific Palisades.

4 to 10 years in prison for DUI manslaughter in California, if you have prior dui on your record your looking at 15 years to life. This guy could have avoided this if he would have got an Uber or called someone to get him a ride
