Gotta dial it in and also you’re tampering your pick at an angle which doesn’t help. Love the setup tho! I didn’t have enough room for the flair but it’s so beautiful 🥰🙌

My opus grinds too fine unless I’m at 3. There is an inner ring adjustment you can use to fine tune it. Before 3 we have powder. Maybe for turkish coffee? Just have to work with your machine to find the setting. And since this is my first grinder, I got a barista to give me a 16 g cup of freshly ground espresso so I could see what I was aiming for.

I am having the same issue with my newly purchase Flair 58. Anyone have any suggestions? I have a Capresso Burr grinder and nothing seems to be grinding fine enough

That’s not for espresso it’s for poor rovers and stuff can’t dial in good enough
