But since block should have 0 acceleration, shouldn't net force be balanced. Since static friction is a self adjusting force, the value we found in the video is that of maximum static friction. But here, the friction acting on the block, in this scenario, should be 20N only. As no net unbalanced force should be acting here.

Here what I think is that since the object is moving so kinetic friction is acting which has a fixed value mu .m.g .perhaps some other external force is acting which is making the body move at a constant speed of
