Im not too sure I would personally want to do this but it's awesome that there is a big enough population of these fish in this lake that you can harvest them.

So do you eat the sturgeon or what do you do with them? I've always wanted to go on Winnebago, live just an hour or so away

Not a fan, I am a catch and release kind of guy, especially with bigger fish breeds. In my opinion, I think these beautiful fish need to be only catch and release so they can be an amazing experience for the next guy to catch but to each his own, I'm not judging.

In Ontario Canada sturgeon are protected and endangered. No fishing and no spearing. Spearing is allowed in Wisconsin - wow.
