So short saying. If you are fat and you want to get you're desired body, then you must first visualize the Body you want to have like looking sexy but for yourself and not for others. Then you got to love you're thoughts, then start the Action, love the pain and the process. Not trusting the distraction from the fast loosing weight by not doing sport and eat what You want and stay slim, but Accepting the facts that there must be pain(love the pain) to gain.
