My hair is beautifully long and thick because of my grandmother's tips:
1. Oiling two to three times a week by massaging from roots to tips with a 10-minute massage for a good ten minutes with liitlleextra cocoonnion hair oil.
2. Getting a trim every month.
3. Using lukewarm water to make the oils in the hair softer.

Pilgrim has some really good product. The only thing I absolutely hate about them is they claim to be "korean" for many products but if you read their "marketing" and "manufacturing" information - both are Indian. It's not even licensed product from any korean brand. They are mis-leading with their naming.

Can you suggest a hair mask for low prosperity hairs which are weak, less in volume, frizzy, light weight . Plus I have wavy hairs and I have PCOD and hypothyroidism.

Pigrim is soo underrated! It has amazing sunscreen and moisturizer, and pilgrim squalene moisturizer and rosemary hair mask is my absolute favorite!
