What does it mean to create change with your everyday choices? We believe that something as simple as the coffee you drink has an effect on the planet and our global community, and you have the power to make that effect a positive one.
We know it's not enough for companies to simply pay farmers more per pound of coffee beans or tea leaves. Real change comes from working together, building partnerships and investing in the futures of farmers. Real change happens when consumers are closer to the people who grow our food.
That has been our mission since 1986: to build a more equitable trade system through co-operation, honesty and hard work. With your help, this vision can become a reality. And it's as easy as brewing a cup of coffee.
