Little did I know that Graham's oinks would be the death knell for my channel, with his own Don't Starve series immediately surpassing mine in popularity.

That shark message you saw during the hounds were actually sea hounds that attack in the water during a hound wave. So you can't really cheese the hounds unless you wait for them to attack first.

The spyglass is more effective during the day. It's actually not too bad if you use it then. Hurricane season and being on a boat will also reduce its range.

The spy glass works better in the day than at dusk or night in the day you could see farther.
