Moving back in with the family really is a struggle, sometimes you're just exhausted and want to be alone but you can't kick the others out but you also can't leave and it's such a stuck feeling:( it is often nice at first when the fam leaves for a while but then the loneliness kicks in, personally I always escape to the gym being the masochist I am with my bodybuilding 😂 it's good to hear you're doing better now too and recognize things that help you 🙏🏻
