Raising minimum wage will only put small businesses and the independents out of business and will rise the prices of Everything. The only companies to Siri Eve will be the big corporations as they are the only ones that are in effected. Tax bigger businesses and oil companies and encourage small businesses.

It's very true, I work 58 hours a week on minimum wage and each month I take home £1700 but my bills are £1300 for all items, ie council tax, rent, train travel water, electric.gas, and even have to pay £289 for my child when my ex is in my old house and she was the one who had a affair. And the courts agreed.
I'm sick of life to be honest.
Wish it would end today .

It was fine until the last line. The problem is how expensive it is to raise children and how inflexible society can be to mothers. Immigration is NOT the only answer. Families need to be supported financially and with more services so they can raise a child and still live a comfortable life!

Part of the problem with raising the minium wage is small companies can't afford to do it without raising the cost of the product or service they are providing so they end up walking a fine line between not making much money or losing business to larger companies who can eat those costs and even slightly raise their prices to churn out more profits, this cost of living crisis will only get resolved when energy companies and corporations who now own our supermarkets are brought to heel and mortgage costs stop skyrocketing so wages can gradually catch up
