Automic Automation v24 - Universal Language Supprt: DB Part 2

Automic Automation now provides Universal Language Support to better handle multi-character set transactions. As a result, the V24 database should be UTF-8 encoded. Customers have to migrate all existing databases before the upgrade. Thankfully, Broadcom has developed a tool to automate this process. It's a simple Automic Workflow.
