How to make a Countdown in Scratch! (any date this time!) | Coding in Scratch Tutorials | STEM MC

In this sequel to Christmas Countdown, I'll show you how to make a project that will countdown to any date you choose!

Note: I did some searching and it appears that you should not share your birthday on scratch, so I'd recommend keeping birthday projects unshared. (Btw, the date in the project is not my birthday.)

what if it is a leap year? then that means that there's 1 more day, which would affect how long is left. the countdown I want to make goes over multiple months.

the bad thing is it can't measure the months correctly if it isn't in the current year 😔 but it still works

I know its not perfect but am curious how to do this for a project?
