I'm pretty sure the fantasy coin method being used got patched recently or something similar, I have 3 DM Pixel wolves including a HC Golden Panda with Fantasy Coins 5 on them all, but they aren't upping the coin amount in the fantasy world at all. It's still way too low even for the daily gifts.

The math behind fusion pets are (total pet power devision by 2 = closes pet dmg to an existing pet) so it's not actually fully random but some different pet power varies so there is a slight randomness
And problem here is actually that is it really better then just buying the egg straight up
if you take account coin consumption it might actually be better buying the egg then fusing. Fusing really is good if you want to get a certain legendary or it'll take less coins to get a good pet
Those two facts must be taken to account
From what i can the first and second fuse was a good fuse cause a rainbow hell fox which is like billions of coins worth of Volcano Eggs
