Hello Sherry, hey great little story. I rode my bike through South West Antioquia. I left Medellín and went to Venecia, Bolombolo, Tamiesis, Jerico, Supia, Salamina, Aguadas, Santa Bárbara and finally back to Envigado. The loop was 500 km and 15, 000 meters of climbing. I lost 5 kg in weight. What a beautiful journey with so many friendly people. Colombia is such a terrific place to explore. I can't wait for my next adventure there. I felt so good to be amongst those mountains, rivers and forests. I really enjoyed your coffee adventure. Gee you looked tired. One thing is you can't see how steep the hills are on camera. Oh they are killers!

Hey Sherry. I live and ride in Quindío and know all these routes well. That climb up from Pijao toward Genova is brutal! And the routes around Miravalles & Riveralta are some of my favourites. Hola Sherry, yo soy un ciclista de Guatemala. Hasta hoy me di cuenta de tu hazaña de completar la Transcontinetal Race. El primer puesto como pareja, felicitaciones.
