Island Pineapple Colada - How to Make Drinks with a Pineapple

The Island Pineapple Colada is a beautiful tropical drink which combines light rum, spiced rum, dark rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut, served in a hollowed-out pineapple.

Ingredients:
Cored pineapple
Crushed ice
1 oz. light rum
1.5 oz. spiced rum
1.5 oz. dark rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. cream of coconut

Instructions: Core a pineapple. Add light rum, spiced rum, dark rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut to shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Fill pineapple with crushed ice and add cocktail. Garnish and enjoy!
