Octave for Signal Processing: First Impressions from an Engineering Professor
Показать описание
Octave is a software platform for numerical computation. It’s also free (via GNU GPL) and designed to be a clone of MATLAB. I’ve used MATLAB for years and for this video I wanted to see how easily I could use Octave to implement some analogue signal processing examples (particularly symbolic math, frequency responses, and pole-zero plots). I also share my first impressions with Octave including the interface, debugger, and memory usage.
