Long Thanh airport will handle 100 million passenger by completion, 25 million is just for the first terminal for the airport to began operation, but that number have been reduced to 17 million to save cost in the mean time. it is also inspired by a blade of grass/ leaf not a bird.

The Beijing airport is not actually an expansion of PEK. It is a brand new airport that is being built south of the city. Also, I am surprised hat you didn't mention HKG in the Top 7 airport video nor this one. HKG is going through a massive expansion too and had been named Best airport in the world numerous times in the last 10 years.
