You know Brazil is bad when not even Ronaldinho can smile watching them play.

Ofc Ronaldinho have the right to say that considering how goated his generation was.

Sad to see Brazilian team this low. But, they will overcome this phase.

It was publicity campaign. He just did another interview saying he recorded that to create social media reaction and he fully supports the Brazilian team.

As a Brazilian I agree 100% with him and like Romario said. "If they want to prove that Ronaldinho is wrong just become the champions".

Not truning my TV to watch Brazil and I'm wishing this tournament ends so we can have our player back in the Brazilian league.

I agree, this Brazilian team is nowhere near the Raw talent I witness from 2004-2007

As a former player he didn’t lie with what he said. The team has a lot of holes that need to be resolved. As a Brazilian he did a shameful disservice before the tournament. You never turn your back on your people.

He’s not wrong in the sense that quality has dropped, but also he shouldn’t turn his back on his people’s team, imo he’s telling the truth but going about it the wrong way

Mexico’s in the same boat, we weren’t as good as brazil but the level that we had has dropped dramatically like brazil

and then Raphinha talked back to Ronaldinho and said "Ronaldinho asked for tickets to Vini Jr" like wtf???

you have nothing compared to Ronaldinho, the pride in these players is not backed up with performance on the pitch lmao 🤣

I agree with him because when my teams lose I don’t want to watch nor see highlights sometimes I stay off the internet. # Roma and Liverpool comeback vs Barca😢

Yes those Brazilians were the best in history of football and watching these kids damaging their reputation is the worst to see.

The thing is that football/soccer players are more about money and fame than the sport/game itself. NOWDAYS PLAYERS HAVE NO SOUL OR PRIDE !

He's right. I've been boycotting Brazil's National Team as a brazilian myself for more than a decade now. My whole family criticizes me for it and a lot of friends think I'm bitter, but it's the truth. Brazil hasn't been in a good form for a LONG time and I kind of want something unprecedented to happen (like, for instance, we failing to qualify to the World Cup) to see if that's enough for things to change. But I'm not sure how this will work if not even the 7x1 worked to motivate us to do better.

Just pissed they could miss the World Cup lmao

Not a Brazil fan but they only had 4 more points in the 2002 qualification after 6 matches played(and only finished 3 points above the the play in game spot) - that squad went on to win the World Cup. Obviously that team was full of legends that played with passion and I’m not trying to compare them to the current squad. What I’m trying to get at is that Brazil will be Brazil and will always generate talent. At some point they piece together the right coach and players and win a major trophy again. Each major nation goes through this process(Italy/France after 2006, Germany after 2014, Spain after 2012, Argentina after the 90s).

They're young guys that need support. They idolize greats like him. Talking down to them like this makes it worse and crushes their morale. Swallow your pride and encourage them to do better.

It was just a publicity campaign. He said himself he would be watching and supporting Brazil more than ever.
