For the most part Randy would win in the case of his earth attack which is building level at most but Jake can clone to at most 6 clones with no difficulty

For the most part Randy is the winner even thoguht msot of his weapons would be ineffective to jakes durability. The only weak point is that Jake can destroy Randy’s mask

Randy is WAY stronger than Jake and has hundreds of years of experience passed onto him from the other ninjas
He pulled a Kaiju down with sheer physical strength and he once caught a missile with his scarf and deflected This same missile reached the moon within seconds
The amount of strength needed to not only catch something moving like that but to throw it in another direction as well is insane

Dude randy didn’t even get the end to his story and he already was taking down kaiju and he has the knowledge of multiple previous ninjas and plus his versatility is far above jake I mean I love the dragon but the ninja ain’t even at full power.
