It honestly feels soothing to know how he ackowledges her pain and instead of turning his back on her, he looks beyond it and accepts her completely still wanting to be a part of her life. It's so beautiful the way he delivers that story.

This is my favorite version of this song. I like the way it begins with the acoustic guitar and then the soft drums and lead guitarist come in.
