I was born in the Netherlands, at the time every year a 3 day and night concert with various artists played wonderful music. My friends all musical, including my first love Perry in HS went on motorcycles to the South of Holland Limburg and enjoyed everything. Freedom. One of the last performers was an English band, named the POLICE with Sting as lead singer. He sang Every breath you take and Roxanne. This was before their popularity. My boyfriend was immediately taken in by the music. We listened to the Police over and over after school and on the weekends. I was 15 and Per 17. Unfortunately, both of my parents tore our love apart by immigrating to Fort McMurray AB. Both their ignorance left my late brother helpless, and he was one year away from a six-year diploma from the VWO the highest level where you learn Latin and is for highly intelligent teenagers who want to pursue engineering, doctors and so forth. I graduated from the MAVO and was hired by a large bank in Rotterdam. But my dream at the time was to become a teacher. We gave it our best shot here in the cold north but never got totally adjusted. The wonderful experience I had was to see Sting in Calgary and Evanescence. I am always sad when the concert is over though. I is one of my most happy places to be. I lost my beautiful soul my 39-year-old hubby struggling with addictions. eventually he was taken by highly toxic and mixed poison of fethynal and white China and more toxic junk. I know it was done intentionally. Losing my only brother in 2021 followed with the unexpected death of my husband January 2023 in RED DEER AB was just too hard. Music that soothes my soul, I could not listen to. After 1 year and a half I craved to listen to Sting again. And the lyrics 'free free set them free.' reaches my higher consciousness. Free them, they need it and I NEED IT. A BRAND-NEW DAY AND DESSERT ROSE MEAN SO MUCH TO ME. ALMOST EVERY SONG IS INGENIUS TO ME. iT SOOTHES ME AND ABLE TO APPLY TO MY OWN LIFE. BLESS Sting and all his music. I also respect the diversity of the musicians. At a time like this with war hanging over our heads globally, we can find joy and solace in music and lyrics. i would love to go to Sting's concert on his next tour. Maybe i can after i improve of a post-concussion.

Good energy and tunes on this tour. Manu Katche is a great drummer with character and has a great drum sound and it boosts the music.

This album was a big boost for Sting after Mercury Falling bombed, you can see how after the next one failed, it's an easy choice to pull out the Police reunion card for great success.

i found this concert on dvd at a pawn shop years ago & someone stoled it from me. Im so glad youve got it posted. I loved this concert. Always have liked watching & hearing Sting sing & play music. Hes my secret soulmate & got me through a lot of heartaches in my younger life. stay safe in 2020 8-4

He is on fire here. I love his songs anyway but not everyone is this good live. And he's having a good time with the music and the crowd too.
